while the sea views were nice, I was truly shocked by the cockroaches invading my room— absoluteley disgraceful for a so-called 4-star hotel. not to mention the horrid sewage smell wafting through the air. if only someone had offered me a room upgrade for that unpleasant experience, it would’ve almost been a decent stay, but alas, it wasn’t meant to be.

My two-bedroom bungalow with a hot tub was an absolute dream! The private outdoor space was perfect for soaking up the sun, while the hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly accommodating and always checked in to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

The food scene nearby was a culinary delight! Carpe Diem had some of the freshest, homemade preserves that added a burst of flavor to our breakfasts. We also enjoyed the quiet hot tub after our adventures. it was a perfect way to unwind. Plus, the apartments were spotlessly cleaned, making our stay comfy and welcoming.
The whole heated pool situation was a bit of a letdown, especially for my little one who loves to splash around. It felt chillier than expected, making us wish we’d picked a warmer spot for family fun. The navigation to our bungalow was a tad tricky as well, but it didn't ruin the vibes entirely!

Comfortable Stay with Great Local Dining Options
We enjoyed spacious accommodations with lovely sea views. The close proximity to the supermarket was a plus, making breakfast preparations easy. Every evening, we walked to Marina Rubicon, finding delightful dinner spots along the promenade. Renting a car allowed us to explore the beautiful landscapes of Lanzarote!

The two-bedroom bungalow was spacious, featuring a lovely outdoor terrace perfect for soaking in the sun and dining al fresco. Having the option for a jacuzzi on the patio really enhanced the relaxation experience after a long day exploring.
Finding the bungalow was initially tricky due to insufficient signage, which might frustrate first-time visitors. The cold pool temperature can be uncomfortable, especially for families looking to splash around, and occasional plumbing issues, like poor water pressure, added a bit of hassle to getting ready in the morning.

The reception closes at 3 PM, which can be a hassle for late arrivals as you'll need to lug your bags around without assistance. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, working best near the pool, and the unheated pool can be a letdown on chillier days. Finally, the limited TV channels could disappoint those wanting more entertainment options.
